RECEIVING MAILOUTS

 

If you're confused about whether you're currently a member or not...do you receive our member mailouts? If so, then you're a member.

When you joined, you got added to the membership list of the city you applied for. You should now be receiving emails specifically regarding events in that city. If not, check your JUNK folder. You need to mark the sender as SAFE etc so it goes to your INBOX. If that doesn't solve it, perhaps there's a problem on our end so email us.

If you've let your email account lapse, or the inbox is full, our mail software will automatically remove you after 10 consecutive bounces. The best thing to do is just sign-up again on the JOIN page and note that you've previously been a member in the relevant field.

If you'd like to be on the membership list for more than one city, e:  Your tickets will then be available over-the-counter in Melbourne if you're a Sydney member etc and vice versa. Beware though that you'll get mailouts for both cities as well.

When you get your next mailout, click the link at the top where it says...  click here to view your details or unsubscribe. You can also update the details we have for you such as the number of tickets you want by clicking the same link.
